It’s here… in just a few days the Exhibition opens.
I’m excited to display one of my paintings at the Indianapolis Museum of Art at Newfields. A free public reception will be held on Sunday, April 15th at 3:30. You are invited to attend the reception and, hopefully, celebrate an award with me. If you cannot make it to the reception, the exhibition runs through June 9, 2018. It is free and open to the public during regular IMA hours: Sun-Wed. 11 am – 5pm, Thurs-Sat: 11 am – 8 pm, Closed Mon.
Thank you for your support of my work and local art!
One of my paintings was selected for inclusion in an exhibition at the Indianapolis Museum of Art at Newfields. (I’ll reveal the painting after the show opens.)
Indiana Artists, a juried artists’ organization, returns to the Indianapolis Museum of Art this Spring for its 86th annual exhibition. Each year, artist members are invited to enter the annual juried exhibition. Submitted works are reviewed by an outside juror for inclusion in the exhibit. Accepted works are then juried to receive awards.
The exhibition will consist of a variety of mediums from artists throughout the state of Indiana.
Free opening reception on Sunday, April 15th at 3:30 pm.
The Indiana Artists continue to celebrate our centennial year with an exhibition in Brown County (Nashville, IN). One of my new “transitions” paintings entitled “Entangled Again” will be on display in the exhibit!
Brown County looks gorgeous in the Fall — so take a ride, relax, and enjoy beauty in many forms.

And sometimes it’s bees that are territorial… or just curious. Continue reading “Watching Out For The Bees”
